This is an intensive, four-hour, interactive, job search program presented from the recruiter/employer perspective. Our program contains all the elements of effective job search. The content is similar to that offered in an employer-paid outplacement program. We field questions during our presentation, giving it the elements of real-time, personalized consultation on job search issues and pitfalls.

We offer a collective 50+ years of knowledge of corporate recruiting and extensive research into what actually works, what doesn’t work and what employers want to see. We are current in methods and state-of-the-art software tools to evaluate resumes. We’ve dealt with all employment conditions and resources: hiring, layoffs, temporary employment, consulting, new college graduate hiring, cooperative education, internships and working with professional recruiters.
